Role Overview
Join Woolworths Group as a Nightfill Manager responsible for overseeing and leading the department's nightly operations at the Woodvale store in Western Australia. This role offers a pathway into leadership through the Store Leadership Pathway, with opportunities for career growth and development while ensuring an excellent shopping experience for customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the nightfill team to optimize carton rates and inventory availability ensuring customers find the products they need.
- Promote sustainability efforts emphasizing recycling within departmental activities.
- Foster a connected, adaptable, and high-performing team culture focused on customer service excellence.
- Work collaboratively with store leadership and team members to maintain department performance and workplace safety.
- Support daily operational tasks ensuring compliance with safety protocols to protect both team members and customers.
Candidate Requirements

- Prioritize safety by enforcing and following proper processes in-store.
- Leadership aptitude with eagerness to support and guide the team through day-to-day operations.

Shift Details
Typical roster from Tuesday to Saturday, starting at 2:00 PM and finishing at 11:00 PM.
