Role Overview

Join Woolworths Group as a Nightfill Manager responsible for overseeing and leading the department's nightly operations at the Woodvale store in Western Australia. Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the nightfill team to optimize carton rates and inventory availability ensuring customers find the products they need.
• Promote sustainability efforts emphasizing recycling within departmental activities.
• Foster a connected, adaptable, and high-performing team culture focused on customer service excellence.
• Work collaboratively with store leadership and team members to maintain department performance and workplace safety.
• Support daily operational tasks ensuring compliance with safety protocols to protect both team members and customers.

Shift Details

Typical roster from Tuesday to Saturday, starting at 2:00 PM and finishing at 11:00 PM.
