Job Responsibilities

• Design and produce compelling integrated digital content using video, audio, photography, and graphic design across platforms including Instagram, Facebook, WeChat, Weibo, Little Red Book, YouTube, LinkedIn, TikTok, Spotify, and podcasts globally.
• Oversee the full production process from concept development, scripting, filming, editing, to final publishing, ensuring engaging brand storytelling.
• Lead creative concept development, storyboard creation, shoot direction, and manage post-production activities like video editing and color correction.
• Tailor digital content to optimize performance and user engagement across multiple social media formats such as TikTok videos, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts.
• Develop seasonal and monthly visual strategies through moodboards and storyboards aligned with the company's business objectives and global brand standards.
• Collaborate closely with external agencies, photographers, and videographers across key markets to produce high-quality content assets for global social media channels.
• Supervise Social Media shoots locally in Singapore and remotely coordinate shoots in international markets.
• Work alongside the headquarters' Design Team to integrate branded assets during marketing campaigns and key annual events.
• Conduct extensive research on luxury sector trends and audience preferences to recommend and implement innovative content features to boost brand visibility and engagement.
• Update and maintain the Social Media Content Creation guidelines for consistent brand messaging worldwide.
• Manage digital asset archiving, project file cataloging, and enhance content effectiveness through data-driven audience insights.

Candidate Requirements

• A minimum of 4 to 5 years' professional experience in a hands-on multimedia production role.
• Passion for design and enthusiasm for digital technology advancements.
• Proficient with tools such as Canva, CapCut, Lightroom, Adobe Photoshop, and Illustrator; multidisciplinary design skills are advantageous.
• Experience operating professional photography and video equipment, including cameras, lighting, and audio recording devices.
• Strong skills in conceptualizing and presenting visual content effectively.
• Ability to manage relationships and communications with contacts in both domestic and international markets.
• Fluency in English is essential.
• Prior experience within the luxury goods sector is preferred but not mandatory.
• Excellent creativity, communication finesse, and organizational capabilities.
• A flexible, positive attitude capable of juggling multiple responsibilities efficiently.
• Willingness and ability to travel occasionally up to 20% of work time as per business needs.

Primary Reporting and Interaction

This position is part of the Corporate Communications Team and reports directly to the Assistant Marketing Director with indirect supervision from the Design Team to ensure compliance with brand guidelines. Regular collaboration with external vendors such as digital agencies, producers, photographers, social media account managers, and franchise partners constitutes a significant aspect of this role.
