About the Role
We are seeking a Project Data Coordinator with expertise in Management Information Systems (MIS) and reporting to join our team in Ranchi. This role focuses on collecting and managing project data, facilitating seamless communication between departments, and preparing detailed reports to track project progress.
Key Responsibilities
- Gather and validate site progress data categorized by chainage and Bill of Quantities (BOQ).
- Develop Daily Progress Reports (DPR), MIS reports, dashboards, and comparative analyses of targets versus achievements.
- Collaborate effectively with various teams including Project, QA/QC, Mechanical, Store, Billing, and Human Resources to ensure accurate data flow.
- Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including registers for pending issues and photographic evidence of site progress.
Required Qualifications and Experience
- Diploma or Bachelor of Technology in Civil Engineering is mandatory.
- Between 3 to 5 years of experience in MIS, project documentation, construction reporting, or data analysis.
- Proficient in understanding BOQ, Daily Progress Reports, and chainage data.
- Advanced skills in Excel, Word, and Google Sheets for managing and analyzing data.

- Ability to work efficiently under pressure while ensuring the accuracy of data.
Compensation
The monthly remuneration for this position ranges between ₹30,000 and ₹35,000.
