About the Company and Role

We focus on innovative, AI-enhanced learning experiences and are currently enhancing our Questionmark platform. We are seeking a Mid-Level Product Designer to join our Dublin-based design team to drive significant improvements in the platform’s user experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Design engaging concepts, prototypes, and high-fidelity interfaces supporting development.
• Collaborate closely with multiple teams owning various platform features.
• Effectively communicate design strategies and solutions to stakeholders and leadership, ensuring alignment with user and customer requirements.
• Participate actively in collaboration and feedback sessions, contributing confident decision-making based on design expertise.
• Embrace teamwork with clear communication and proactive feedback sharing.
• Integrate AI technologies into design workflows to accelerate innovation.
• Leverage research-driven insights to refine the product roadmap and deliver intuitive digital experiences.

Required Skills and Experience

• At least 3 years experience in product design with proven outcomes implemented in production.
• Strong problem-solving skills through design thinking applied to web applications and platforms.
• Self-motivated and resourceful in managing and leading own workload.
• Fundamental technical understanding of front-end technologies.
• Excellent presentation and storytelling capabilities.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with accessibility and inclusive design principles is advantageous.
• Basic familiarity with coding or writing code is a plus.

Work Environment and Location

The team operates out of the Dublin city centre office, with a flexible arrangement encouraging in-person collaboration for at least three days per week.
