Role Overview

The Messenger supporting Treasury and Finance functions acts as a crucial liaison connecting banks, affiliates, and internal departments. This position ensures the prompt exchange, pickup, and delivery of important financial documents and payments, encompassing transactions involving dealers and affiliates.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and communicate effectively with banks and financial bodies to support timely treasury operations.
• Assist in affiliate and dealer payment collections to maintain robust cash flow, ensuring all payments are collected and accompanied by appropriate endorsements and documentation.
• Transport financial and treasury-related documents securely between office locations, banks, and affiliated entities for precise and secure processing.
• Maintain strict security and confidentiality in handling all designated materials, recording transactions meticulously for accountability.

Qualifications and Skills

• Prior experience working as a messenger, treasury assistant, or field liaison, preferably within finance or corporate sectors.
• Solid understanding of bank procedures, document management, and basic payment collection processes.
• Capability to manage sensitive financial paperwork with high levels of honesty and accuracy.
• Completion of at least high school education.
• Possession of a valid driver's license.
