Role Overview

The Merchandising Supervisor position is a full-time job located onsite in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The incumbent is responsible for overseeing product displays, managing assortments, and maintaining stock across retail outlets to maximize product visibility and boost sales outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement merchandising layouts.
• Collaborate with sales and supply chain departments for coordination.
• Monitor inventory and ensure it aligns with brand standards.
• Track and analyze sales data to evaluate product performance.
• Suggest changes to pricing, promotions, and display techniques based on insights.
• Train and lead merchandising personnel.
• Build and sustain strong relations with customers and store teams.
• Support marketing and promotional initiatives within retail locations.

Qualifications and Skills

• Strong analytical abilities for interpreting sales trends, forecasting demand, and optimizing product mixes.
• Effective communication skills for internal collaboration and external partner coordination.
• Customer service expertise to foster positive interactions with store staff and enhance shopper experience.
• Experience in retail merchandise management, including inventory control and product display.
• Past experience in merchandising or retail supervision within food or FMCG industries is preferred.
• Capability to work onsite in Riyadh, oversee multiple locations, and undertake local travel as required.
• Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in tools like Excel and POS systems.
• Diploma or bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Supply Chain, or related fields is desirable.
