The opportunity
We are looking for a proactive and well-organised merchandiser to manage a defined territory and make sure our brands have a strong presence in every store. In this role, you will help strengthen store relationships, improve product visibility, and contribute to business growth through effective merchandising and in-store execution.
This is a permanent, full-time position based in the Mackay area. The role is field-based, so you will travel across your territory each day to service a set customer base.
Key responsibilities
- Create eye-catching product displays that boost shelf presence and improve visibility in store.
- Restock products, keep display standards consistent, and implement planograms accurately.
- Run in-store activations that support promotions and campaign activity.
- Work closely with store staff, resolve stock-related issues, and ensure brand standards are upheld.
- Submit accurate reports and maintain a professional manner in every store visit.
About you
You should be reliable, punctual, and comfortable working on your own with limited supervision.
- You must be physically able to handle product cases for up to 8 hours a day, with case weights of up to 16 kg.
- A current driver’s licence is required, along with the willingness to travel across the territory.
- You should have strong attention to detail and a genuine interest in quality presentation.
- You need to present professionally and represent the brand confidently at customer locations.
- Good time management is essential to meet scheduled service requirements.
- Experience in merchandising, retail, field operations, or a similar position would be an advantage.
