Role Overview
This role centers on upholding the accuracy and governance of master data across essential operational areas such as Source to Pay, Order to Cash, Record to Report, Hire to Retire, and Inventory management. You will be responsible for creating, maintaining, and validating important data elements to guarantee data integrity, compliance, and smooth function across multiple systems and processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage master data objects ensuring precision, reliability, and standardization.
- Apply data validation, prevent duplicate entries, oversee approval processes, and maintain clean datasets.
- Collaborate extensively with Finance, Procurement, HR, Operations, and IT to address data discrepancies and maintain system alignment.
- Participate in data quality audits, troubleshooting, and process enhancement initiatives.
- Support system transformation projects including data migration and harmonization for ERP implementations.
- Ensure audit trail maintenance, compliance adherence, and uphold data governance policies.
Candidate Profile
- Holds a relevant degree with at least three years of experience in master data management or related domains.
- Strong familiarity with operational processes like STP, OTC, RTR, HTR, and Inventory.
- Experience in aiding digital transformation initiatives, process mapping, and improving data quality.
- Proficient in Oracle financial systems and MS Excel alongside other Microsoft Office applications.
- Exposure to AI-driven tools, automation platforms, or experience in the aviation sector is advantageous.
