Key Responsibilities

• Maintain customer confidence by ensuring a steady availability of fresh bakery items.
• Keep bakery products visually appealing, fresh, and attractively displayed throughout the day to boost sales.
• Prepare a range of bakery goods—including breads, rolls, doughnuts, and fruit-filled products—following company specifications, and skilfully operating specialist equipment like provers, ovens, and mixers.
• Deliver exceptional and warm customer service, breaking down barriers and creating memorable experiences that showcase the traditional baking skills and freshly prepared products.

About You

• Friendly and proactive, with a genuine desire to assist customers and exceed their expectations.
• Enjoy active, fast-paced environments with varied tasks.
• Use your initiative confidently to resolve customer questions and concerns.
• Operate bakery equipment competently and uphold strict health and safety standards.
• Demonstrate skilled baking abilities including mixing and shaping dough to produce quality products.
• Flexible and willing to work across different fresh counters to meet customer needs along Market Street.
