About the Role

WealthBridge Financial Group is searching for an accomplished financial advisor to assume the role of Managing Director. This leadership position is perfect for a professional who has established a thriving personal financial advisory practice and is now eager to expand into a leadership capacity involving both personal and team advancement.

Responsibilities

• Lead the recruitment and development of a team of seasoned financial advisors aiming to enhance their individual practices.
• Maintain personal client engagement while mentoring colleagues and nurturing a culture of excellence within the team.
• Shape strategic direction and contribute to the sustainable growth of the firm.

Requirements

• At least three years of experience in the financial services industry with a proven track record of growing a personal advisory practice.
• Active Life and Health Insurance License is mandatory.
• Possession of FINRA Series 6/7 and 63/66 licenses is preferred; assistance and sponsorship for these certifications are available if not currently held.
• Successful experience in client acquisition, financial planning, and relationship management.
• Strong leadership qualities with a passion for mentoring and cultivating high-performing teams.
• Business-oriented mindset with a long-term perspective on growth initiatives.
• Legal authorization to work within the United States is required.
