Job Overview

Our rapidly expanding Singapore office seeks a motivated Manager or Senior Manager to spearhead impactful projects within the Financial Services industry. This role calls for a seasoned consulting professional with proven delivery success and the ambition to develop and grow our financial services consulting practice, with future opportunities for partnership advancement.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead strategic consulting projects for banking and insurance clients, delivering tailored solutions for intricate business issues.
• Oversee complete project lifecycle: from initial scoping through planning and execution to managing stakeholder relationships and ensuring alignment with client goals and schedules.
• Mentor junior team members, fostering a culture of ongoing learning and excellence.
• Drive business expansion by identifying and capitalizing on new engagements in financial services.
• Create persuasive proposals utilizing Sia Partners’ proprietary methodologies to secure new clients.
• Build and nurture enduring relationships with key client stakeholders, positioning Sia Partners as a preferred transformation advisor.
• Keep informed on industry trends, regulatory developments, and emerging technologies, offering insightful recommendations to clients.
• Contribute to internal knowledge resources by authoring thought leadership materials such as white papers and case studies.
• Represent Sia Partners at sector events to elevate the firm’s presence and reputation.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or equivalent fields; an MBA or related master’s degree is preferred.
• 7 to 10 years of experience within the financial services sector.
• 3 to 4 years of experience in consulting.
• Comprehensive understanding of financial services domains such as Wealth & Asset Management, Asset Servicing, and Corporate & Investment Banking.
• Strong leadership capability to motivate and cultivate high-performing teams.
• Exceptional project management and organizational proficiency.
• Familiarity with financial software applications and analytical tools.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving skills, and a meticulous attention to detail.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, capable of engaging all management levels effectively.
• Proven competence in making timely, data-driven decisions within fast-paced settings.
