About the Role
Aaditas HR Advisory is seeking an experienced Finance & Accounts Manager to oversee financial operations. This role requires a strong understanding of accounting principles, financial reporting, compliance, and team leadership. The ideal candidate will ensure financial accuracy and adherence to all regulatory requirements.
Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee all accounting operations, including financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting.
- Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, and other taxation regulations.
- Lead and mentor the finance and accounts team, fostering a collaborative environment.
- Monitor cash flow, manage vendor payments, and oversee payroll processes.
- Prepare MIS reports and provide insights for strategic decision-making.
- Conduct internal audits and ensure adherence to financial policies and procedures.
- Manage relationships with external auditors and regulatory bodies.
Requirements
- Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com) degree in any specialization.
- 10 to 15 years of progressive experience in finance and accounting.
- Minimum of 3 years in a managerial or supervisory role.
- Proven experience in handling taxation, statutory compliance, and financial reporting.
- Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, and other relevant tax laws.
- Experience in payroll, vendor management, and MIS reporting.
- Proficiency in financial software and MS Excel.

This is a full-time, onsite position based in Mumbai, India. The role requires a candidate with a strong analytical mindset and excellent leadership skills.
