Role Overview

We are expanding our Data & Analytics practice and seek an accomplished Manager to lead analytics, automation, and business transformation initiatives across multiple industries. This leadership role includes overseeing daily project execution, mentoring consultants, collaborating with senior client leaders, and acting as a trusted advisor by delivering effective data-driven solutions that enhance business processes, reporting, automation, and decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead projects focused on data analytics, automation, and business transformation across diversified industry sectors.
• Oversee the conceptualization, creation, and deployment of dashboards, reports, analytics tools, and workflow automation projects.
• Drive transformation, validation, and examination of financial, accounting, operational, and transactional data to generate actionable business insights.
• Collaborate directly with CFOs, Controllers, FP&A leaders, business executives, and technology partners to convert business challenges into scalable data and analytics solutions.
• Manage interdisciplinary projects connected to finance, accounting, FP&A, operations, technology implementations, and business transformations.
• Produce and review executive-level analyses, dashboards, presentations, and reports to assist finance and business leaders in strategic and operational decision-making.
• Lead initiatives to improve processes through analytics, automation, and reporting solutions.
• Provide coaching, technical guidance, and feedback to mentor junior consultants.
• Engage in proposal preparation, client relationship development, and growth initiatives.

Essential Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in data analytics, business intelligence, business or finance transformation, data engineering, analytics consulting, or technology consulting.
• Proven background in directing finance and accounting analytics, automation, reporting, or BI projects supporting financial planning, controllership, operational finance, performance management, or executive-level decisions.
• Experience managing cross-functional projects and delivering data-driven solutions to diverse stakeholders.

Preferred Skills and Experience

• Ability to interpret accounting, finance, and operational workflows and translate requirements into data models, analytical tools, dashboards, automation, and technology strategies.
• Hands-on experience leading analytics projects using BI platforms such as Power BI, Tableau, or comparable tools.
• Expertise in process automation or ETL projects leveraging technologies like Alteryx or Power Automate.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, SQL, or R for developing scalable analytical solutions.
• Familiarity with relational databases, cloud platforms, data engineering, data modeling, or architecture technologies like Snowflake, Databricks, Azure, or AWS.
• History of partnering with finance and operational leaders to enhance reporting, automate processes, establish reliable data foundations, and promote data-driven decisions.
• Leadership experience directing project teams, mentoring junior staff, and serving as a principal liaison for clients.

Additional Advantages

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, Computer Science, Statistics, Data Science, Engineering, or related quantitative fields.
• Relevant professional certifications such as CPA.
• Knowledge of predictive analytics, machine learning, AI, or advanced analytics methodologies.
• Experience in managing enterprise-level reporting platforms, digital transformation, or extensive data modernization efforts.
