Program Overview

NY Eventss is inviting eager and driven candidates to take part in our Management Trainee Program. This program offers a rigorous 6 to 12-month training experience that encompasses cross-functional learning in sales, leadership, and business management. Participants will benefit from mentorship and support from seasoned professionals to gain essential skills preparing them for future leadership positions within the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage in an extensive training curriculum focused on sales techniques, leadership fundamentals, team supervision, and operational management.
• Participate in workshops, seminars, and training sessions facilitated by industry specialists and senior company leaders.
• Spend four weeks shadowing sales professionals, followed by 3–6 months shadowing new hire recruitment and training activities, and subsequently observe senior management in business operations.
• Assist with daily tasks and project support in sales, operations, and administrative areas to advance ongoing company initiatives.
• Collaborate with colleagues on client-focused campaigns and projects, offering innovative ideas to ensure success.
• Progressively undertake more complex duties as competencies develop throughout the program.
• Showcase a commitment to continuous learning and personal development, actively pursuing feedback and improvement opportunities.
• Take part in regular evaluations to monitor progress and identify developmental needs.
• Adopt company values such as integrity, professionalism, and teamwork in all professional interactions.
