About the Role
This position centers on leading project delivery efforts across diverse clients, primarily within public and private sectors, especially focusing on health-related projects. You will partner with clients to identify their needs, craft solutions, and ensure successful implementation. As an Associate Director, you will spearhead project teams, guide members through uncertainties, provide practical coaching, oversee project quality, and conduct performance feedback and reviews.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive end-to-end project management and delivery for client engagements.
- Act as the primary liaison to understand client requirements and offer dynamic, effective solutions.
- Lead and mentor project teams by providing guidance, on-the-job training, and performance evaluations.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams including organisational strategists, HR experts, and change management professionals to deliver sustainable change.
- Contribute proactively to enhancing PwC’s technical operations through simplification, automation, and efficiency improvements.
Skills and Experience
- Proven experience collaborating with clients to define requirements and lead complex projects, preferably within the healthcare sector.
- Expertise in providing specialized technical knowledge during client engagements, including onsite project participation.
- Strong business acumen with a commitment to advancing a career in management consulting.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities, adept at presenting complex concepts clearly and persuasively.
- Commercially minded with curiosity and strategic thinking.
