Role Purpose

As a Maintenance Assistant, you will be a versatile tradesperson capable of addressing various repair, maintenance, and improvement tasks around the property. You will proactively identify and resolve issues to prevent future problems, ensuring all facilities remain in top condition.

Key Duties

• Maintain all rooms, amenities, and communal areas to a high standard.
• Work effectively both independently and within a team environment.
• Tackle diverse maintenance challenges that require creative problem-solving.
• Perform routine and preventive maintenance projects as needed.

Qualifications and Experience

• Physically fit with a proactive approach to completing tasks safely and neatly.
• Experience in general building maintenance, including basic carpentry, plumbing, or electrical work, although formal qualifications are not mandatory.
• Strong problem-solving skills coupled with effective communication across all organizational levels, from management to guests and contractors.
• Flexible availability including weekends and public holidays.
