Job Overview

This role involves providing support in a global service desk setting, handling Mac and Windows OS environments, focusing predominantly on Mac systems. The candidate will undertake end-user assistance for more than 1000 users worldwide, including shift work involving rotational and night schedules.

Responsibilities

• Provide support primarily for Mac OS environments (approximately 80%) and also Windows OS (approximately 20%).
• Resolve issues related to OS, applications including Office 365, Exchange, backup applications, and printers.
• Deliver chat and phone support as part of a global user support framework.
• Work collaboratively within a corporate IT service desk team.

Candidate Requirements

• Demonstrated hands-on expertise with Mac OS and Windows OS environments.
• Experience supporting applications such as Office 365, Exchange, backup software, and printer troubleshooting.
• Ability to provide support through chat and telephone channels globally.
• Preparedness to work in rotational shifts including night shifts.
• Immediate availability preferred; candidates with up to 30 days notice period will also be considered.
• Educational qualification: Graduate or Diploma in any specialization.
