Role Overview
Join our experienced team with backgrounds from leading firms such as BCG, McKinsey, Goldman Sachs, and Oaktree Capital. This position offers a practical opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic environment if you aim for a career in M&A, private equity, or investment banking.
Key Responsibilities
- Support M&A processes by assisting in the strategy and execution of practice acquisitions, including due diligence and financial modeling.
- Analyze and prepare financial and market data relevant for investment decisions.
- Collaborate directly with leadership on significant M&A topics and strategic choices.
- Develop decision matrices and background analyses to underpin acquisition strategies.
- Assist in research and preparation for purchase price negotiations.
- Contribute to accounting and controlling tasks involved in the financial management of our practices.
Candidate Profile
- Strong academic record with excellent analytical abilities.
- High numerical aptitude and proficient MS Office skills, especially Excel; financial modeling knowledge is advantageous.
- Motivated and ambitious mindset to impact the healthcare sector positively.
- Fluent German communication skills at C2 level.
- Ideally some prior experience in consulting, investment banking, private equity, venture capital, or a related field.
- Discretion and capability to maintain focus in demanding environments.
