Candidate Profile

• Possess a Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field with educational background in logistics or related areas.
• Experience working with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), Transportation Management Systems (TMS), or comparable IT systems.
• Demonstrated skills in project management, capable of leading and overseeing projects successfully.
• At least three years of hands-on experience in warehouse processes, focusing on process optimization and enhancing efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify challenges within logistics workflows and gather all pertinent data concerning these issues.
• Engage with various stakeholders including personnel from Product Distribution Centers (PDCs), different departments, and management teams.
• Collaborate with key partners such as IT department to devise effective solutions.
• Prepare data-driven reports and materials for management to support informed decision-making.
• Organize and coordinate routine benchmarking activities.
• Generate and distribute necessary reports regularly.
• Implement identified process improvements at PDC operations.
• Develop, provide, and enforce Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for any process changes.
• Offer support, share knowledge, and facilitate training among team members.
• Serve as a primary point of contact for PDC representatives through consistent communication.
• Explore innovations and potential enhancements by investigating trade fairs.
