Role Overview
We are seeking dedicated Loaders to join our waste collection teams. No prior experience is necessary for these important roles that help keep our community clean and environmentally sustainable. As part of our team, you'll be essential in collecting waste and recycling to ensure it is properly processed or converted into energy.
Work Environment
This physically active role involves outdoor duties, sometimes working in messy conditions. The schedule includes a 37-hour workweek on a rotating basis, covering early mornings, weekends, and bank holidays. Overtime opportunities are also available.
