Key Responsibilities

• Distribute linen and guest supplies to Accommodation Assistants promptly.
• Assist in transporting guest luggage to and from bedrooms efficiently.
• Conduct regular inventory checks of linen and guest-related supplies.
• Maintain cleanliness in public areas and the linen storage rooms.
• Consistently deliver excellent customer service to hotel guests.

Requirements

• Previous experience engaging with customers.
• Proficient command of English.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Experience thriving in fast-moving work environments.
• Ability to collaborate effectively within a team setting.
