About the Role
Transport for NSW is seeking a reliable Linemarker to join their team working on important projects that enhance transport infrastructure across New South Wales. This permanent full-time position located in South Tamworth, NSW involves operating linemarking machinery and vehicles to provide road marking services in regional and outer metropolitan areas.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate linemarking equipment, vehicles, and machinery safely to apply road markings across the transport network.
- Carry out linemarking, traffic control duties, and maintenance tasks across various environments while ensuring quality and risk management.
- Identify and address routine operational problems, escalating complex issues to reduce risks and support delivery targets.
- Collaborate closely with team members to promote safe, efficient, and dependable transportation outcomes for the community.
Candidate Profile
- Experience in completing work records and maintaining effective communication with teams.
- Proven ability to safely perform laboring, driving, or linemarking activities.
- Reliable team member who adheres to safety, environmental, and quality standards while resolving routine operational challenges.
- Experience operating vehicles, plant, or linemarking equipment to perform maintenance services consistently meeting required standards.
- Current MR driver licence and White Card required; willingness to obtain any further necessary licences or tickets for operational needs.
- Open to obtaining additional required internal or legislated licences and certifications as needed.

This is an onsite role based in South Tamworth.
