Role Overview

As the Learning & Development Manager, you will serve as a role model and key supporter for Team Members' growth by preparing personalized development plans, organizing training initiatives, and facilitating ongoing learning opportunities. Additionally, you will collaborate with the Property Leadership Team by providing guidance to enhance team members’ skills and capabilities, ensuring excellent customer service.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or Hotel Management.
• At least three years of professional experience in a learning function.
• Background in adult education or similar training environments.
• Proven ability to work effectively across diverse cultural groups.
• Previous experience within hotel operations is an advantage.
• Self-driven with a track record of delivering high-quality outcomes under tight deadlines.
• Excellent facilitation skills with aptitude for program delivery and public speaking.
• Strong English communication skills.
• Proficient in project and process management complemented by analytical, strategic thinking, and decision-making skills.
• Detail-oriented with strong execution and follow-up capabilities.
