Key Responsibilities

• Process and interpret psychometric tests, biographical details, behavioral data, and organizational metrics.
• Detect significant trends within complex, ambiguous datasets, forming sound evidence-based theories.
• Produce clear, precise executive assessment reports in both German and English that accurately represent individuals without generic language.
• Translate psychological findings into actionable business insights and recommendations.
• Design impactful presentations, visual charts, and documentation to simplify complex information.
• Assist in preparation for interviews, feedback discussions, client engagements, and leadership workshops.
• Engage selectively in direct client interactions and contribute to project execution.
• Manage workstreams independently ensuring meticulous quality control and adherence to deadlines.
• Contribute to the refinement of assessment tools and advisory services.
