- Strong comprehension of modern AI architectures including generative AI, foundation models, agentic frameworks, and the machine learning lifecycle.
- Demonstrated ability to identify and mitigate AI-specific vulnerabilities such as prompt injection, data leakage, model manipulation, poisoning, and adversarial attacks.
- Proficient in advanced threat modeling, translating ambiguous security threats into practical technical controls and establishing methodologies for others.
- Leadership ability in mentoring engineers and effectively collaborating with senior stakeholders across engineering, data science, and security domains.
- Excellent judgment, curiosity, and communication skills, capable of evaluating emerging technologies and conveying insights to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Work Environment and Benefits
- Flexible working arrangements including hybrid and remote options to support work-life harmony.
- Continuous professional development through a vibrant Analytics Community that promotes collaboration, thought leadership, and technical excellence.
- Opportunities to work remotely from locations other than your assigned home base for up to 30 days annually.
