Job Overview
We are looking for a skilled Laboratory Technician to join our team at Med In Scans & Lab in Chennai. This role involves handling clinical specimens, carrying out standard laboratory tests, and ensuring results accuracy for timely diagnosis and treatment.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
- Collect blood and other clinical samples following established protocols.
- Conduct routine laboratory analyses precisely and efficiently.
- Prepare, label, and handle specimens properly for processing and storage.
- Operate laboratory instruments, including calibration and upkeep.
- Validate and record test outcomes before forwarding them.
- Immediately inform medical staff about abnormal or critical test readings.
- Adhere to infection control measures and manage biomedical waste disposal correctly.
Additional Information
This position offers a monthly remuneration between 12,000 and 15,000 INR.
