Key Responsibilities

• Oversee all operations of a field laboratory, including staff development, making staffing decisions, managing workload, handling technical projects, ensuring adherence to health, safety, and environmental (HSE) policies, and controlling departmental expenses.
• Ensure the laboratory complies with industry testing standards, company best practices, and audit requirements by applying thorough knowledge of testing procedures and protocols.
• Collaborate effectively with Product Service Lines (PSLs) and customers to resolve complex technical challenges, maintaining high-quality service to support field operations.
• Manage one or multiple laboratories within a district, often requiring proficiency across several Product Service Lines.

Qualifications and Additional Information

• A bachelor's degree in the sciences is generally required.
• At least five years of experience in laboratory operations is expected.
