About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Provide timely, professional responses to customer inquiries, concerns, and requests related to accounts, products, and services.
• Collaborate with various teams across the bank to promote and align customer care strategies.
• Maintain accurate customer records and documentation.
• Participate in training programs aimed at enhancing customer service skills and knowledge.
• Stay abreast of industry trends and developments to incorporate best practices in customer care.
• Handle escalation requests swiftly by routing them to appropriate teams or senior management.
• Deliver customer service through diverse communication channels including chat, email, and phone.

Qualifications and Skills

• Comprehensive knowledge of Know Your Customer (KYC) principles and procedures specific to the financial industry.
• Proven experience in customer due diligence and enhanced due diligence processes.
• Ability to multitask efficiently and maintain smooth daily operations.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret complex data and make prompt, informed decisions in a fast-paced environment.
• Good communication abilities are essential.

• Experience in KYC streams including customer due diligence is highly valued.
