About Silent-Aire

Work Schedule
- Rotating day shifts (continental schedule)
- Monday to Thursday night shifts
- Weekend night shifts covering Friday, Saturday, and Sunday
Key Responsibilities
- Manually or using equipment, load, unload, and relocate products and materials.
- Organize and pack fabricated parts onto carts based on subassembly lists, then deliver them to designated plant locations.
- Ensure accuracy in subassembly counts and conduct visual quality checks, reporting any inconsistencies to the fabrication team.
- Assist with inventory tasks including weighing, checking, and sorting materials.
- Store received materials in their assigned locations properly.
- Verify completion of inventory transactions.
- Engage in workplace cleanup activities.
- Follow all safety procedures in line with Silent-Aire and Alberta Occupational Health and Safety guidelines.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Required Knowledge and Skills
- Competent in safely operating necessary equipment.
- Good communication abilities to coordinate tasks effectively.
- Strong time management skills.
- Keen attention to spotting defects during inspections.
- Understanding of materials, methods, and tools used in assembly processes.
- Capable of working independently and meeting daily work goals.
- Familiarity with workplace safety standards and proper lifting techniques.
- Physical ability to handle and move items exceeding 40 pounds.
Work Environment
- Industrial and commercial settings with inherent natural hazards.
- Strict adherence to safety regulations including use of protective gear.
- Potential exposure to cold outdoor conditions.
- Work involves various postures such as standing, crouching, and sitting during shifts.
- May require overtime as necessary.
