Responsibilities

• Analyze internal documentation and meeting notes to locate unclear priorities or responsibilities.
• Create succinct summaries capturing essential insights from management interviews and group sessions.
• Chart task ownership and uncover breakdowns in handoffs among teams.
• Detect patterns of organizational friction recurring across departments.
• Help develop minimalistic written records enabling clients to maintain effective management workflows.
• Attend online meetings to record structured notes centered on decisions and assigned responsibilities.
• Collect and organize data regarding the alignment of team time usage with their stated objectives.

Candidate Profile

• Proficient in clear and straightforward writing using plain English.
• Highly detail-oriented and accurate in capturing conversations and decisions.
• Inquisitive about process relevance and functionality.
• Well-organized in juggling multiple research activities and datasets.
• Professional demeanor during interactions with senior leadership.
• Preference for simplicity in written and data presentations.
• Comfortable working remotely with predominantly written communication.

Desired Background

• Recent graduate or current student in business, social sciences, history, or a related discipline.
• Familiarity with common spreadsheet and document tools for research organization and display.
