Key Responsibilities

As a Junior Recruitment Consultant, you will engage with applicants and oversee their experience throughout the recruitment cycle. You'll be responsible for managing, preparing, and coaching candidates through interviews and assessments. Creativity, strategic and proactive thinking are essential. You will need commercial awareness and solid business judgement to assess candidate suitability. Successful performance after 6–9 months may open up career paths in Business Development, Team Management, or Customer Success.

• Base salary of £28000 with On-Target Earnings (OTE) increasing the total package
