Position Overview
We are seeking a Junior HR Manager to join our team in a fully remote capacity based in Germany. This entry-level position is designed for motivated and organized individuals passionate about human resources and employee engagement. The role involves supporting the day-to-day HR processes while fostering a positive work environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with daily HR operations and administrative duties.
- Participate in recruitment activities including candidate screening, interview scheduling, and supporting onboarding procedures.
- Maintain comprehensive employee records and HR documentation accurately.
- Manage onboarding, offboarding, and coordinate internal HR workflows.
- Address employee inquiries and provide guidance on HR related topics.
- Contribute to performance management, employee engagement, and development programs.
- Organize HR meetings, training sessions, and employee initiatives.
- Help prepare HR reports, dashboards, and analyze workforce data.
- Promote adherence to HR policies and procedures among staff.

Qualifications and Requirements
- Open to entry-level candidates and those with up to 3 years of relevant experience including internships.
- Basic knowledge of HR principles, recruitment, and employee lifecycle management.
