About the Role
Join AIDA Cruises, a globally recognized, innovative cruise company known for its strong team spirit. Become part of our international AIDA family and work aboard our ships as a Junior Barkeeper. This role is based in Hamburg, Germany.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver professional service at AIDA bars, preparing cocktails and beverages according to company standards.
- Advise guests in their selection of drinks, ensuring courteous and engaging sales interactions.
- Perform daily setup and cleanup tasks related to the mise en place.
- Adhere to safety, environmental, and hygiene guidelines consistently.
Candidate Profile
- Demonstrated experience working behind a cocktail bar, preferably complemented by completed training in the hotel and gastronomy sector.
- Proficient in English with a strong orientation towards service and sales.
- Excellent communication abilities, teamwork skills, and a neat, professional appearance.
