Role Overview

This position sits at the crossroads of business, data, and AI technologies, assisting clients in comprehending and applying cutting-edge AI capabilities such as Generative AI and agentic AI to solve substantive business challenges. It is perfect for professionals with backgrounds in data, analytics, or business intelligence who aspire to client-facing consulting roles centered around AI-driven business transformation.

Key Responsibilities

• Apply creativity, critical thought, and analytical skills to advance innovative AI projects.
• Design and deploy scalable AI and machine learning solutions utilizing cloud platforms and generative or agentic AI technologies.
• Assist in identifying business use-cases that can be enhanced with AI technologies to drive tangible value.
• Participate in assessing feasibility for AI applications, including analyzing data availability, process impact, and implementation complexities.
• Convert business requirements into AI-powered, data-driven solution concepts.
• Collaborate closely with data scientists, AI engineers, and cloud experts to develop feasible AI implementations.
• Engage with business stakeholders through workshops to understand processes, challenges, and potential transformation opportunities.
• Assume increasing responsibility and autonomy commensurate with experience and seniority.

Candidate Profile

• Holds a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Technology or a related discipline.
• Approximately two years of experience in Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, or Data Science.
• Proficient in applying data-driven strategies to business contexts, including advanced analytics, machine learning algorithms, or AI services deployment.
• Fluent in English at B2 level or higher and native proficiency in Slovak (C2 level).
• Demonstrates interest or initial practical experience with Generative AI and Large Language Model technologies.
• Solid conceptual knowledge of machine learning and AI fundamentals.
• Experience with Python AI frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI, AutoGen, LlamaIndex, Hugging Face Transformers, and Google ADK.
• Proven track record of delivering analytical projects on cloud platforms like Google Cloud Platform, Azure, or AWS.
• Ability to translate complex business needs into effective, data-supported solutions.
• Exceptional communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Able to perform efficiently in client-facing roles and collaborative team environments.
• Strong curiosity and drive to continually explore advances in AI and their practical business applications.
• Knowledge of German language is considered an advantage.

Compensation

Salary ranges between 1430 and 2630 Euros monthly, depending on factors such as role, level, location, responsibilities, skills, and experience.
