Java Developer with Generative AI Expertise

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Java Full Stack Developer to craft tailor-made software solutions by designing, coding, and enhancing components across various systems and applications. The role involves employing modern frameworks and agile methodologies to provide scalable and high-performing solutions aligned with specific business objectives. You will join a cutting-edge environment leveraging AgentAI tools to speed up coding, testing, and integration processes, delivering immediate value and minimizing dependence on scarce AI-native talent.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage in hands-on development using AgentAI copilots and large language model (LLM) tools for rapid coding, debugging, and documentation.
• Build front-end and back-end components ensuring seamless integration.
• Incorporate pre-built AI services and APIs within applications, implementing Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) based features when applicable.
• Combine AI-assisted productivity with engineering best practices to produce robust and scalable software solutions.
• Collaborate closely with software architects and AI-native specialists to guarantee smooth integration and adoption of AI technologies.

Required Experience and Qualifications

• Minimum of three years’ experience in Java Full Stack Development.
• Educational background comprising 15 years of full-time education.
• Strong expertise in enterprise software engineering, software development lifecycle (SDLC), and domain workflows.
• Experience with AI-assisted development tools such as copilots and LLM-based coding assistants.
• Familiarity with AI concepts and their limitations, particularly focusing on integration rather than model training.
• Proven ability to accelerate project delivery without sacrificing quality.

Technical Skills

• Backend development using one or more of the following: Java (Spring Boot), .NET (C#), and Python.
• Frontend frameworks including React, Angular, or Vue.js; proficiency in TypeScript or JavaScript.
• Knowledge of SQL/NoSQL databases, REST/GraphQL APIs, cloud-native application development, and Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) pipelines.

Additional Information

• Candidate must possess a minimum of 3 years' experience specifically in Java Full Stack Development.
• Completion of 15 years of full-time education is mandatory.
