Key Responsibilities

• Keep the entire store clean and well-maintained at all times.
• Thoroughly clean showers and restroom facilities to uphold hygiene standards.
• Handle washing, loading, and unloading of towels used in shower facilities.
• Conduct basic repairs and maintenance tasks throughout the store.
• Collect and dispose of trash around the travel center premises.
• Deliver exceptional guest experiences by ensuring well-kept facilities.

Required Qualifications

• Strong self-motivation and ability to work independently.
• Effective team collaboration skills.
• Physical capability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand or walk for extended periods.
• Flexibility to work varying shifts including nights, days, weekends, and holidays.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in a janitorial or maintenance position is advantageous.
• Basic knowledge of industrial equipment with ability to troubleshoot minor issues.

Compensation

The hourly wage for this position ranges from $12.50 to $18.23 per hour.
