Compensation Details

• Hourly pay ranges between $15 and $28, meeting or exceeding local minimum wage requirements.
• Additional earnings may include annual or quarterly performance incentive bonuses.
• Premium pay between $0.35 and $3.00 per hour may be granted based on factors such as schedule, facility, season, or specific work duties. Multiple premiums can apply simultaneously if eligibility criteria are met.
