Job Details

• Full-time position
• Hourly wage of $18.00
• Weekly pay schedule

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive cleaning of all floor types using sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, or vacuuming methods
• Adhere to safety procedures when handling chemical cleaners and power tools to avoid damage
• Maintain cleanliness of restrooms, meeting areas, hallways, and entrances
• Properly empty trash and use compactors for specific waste materials
• Clean glass surfaces including windows, partitions, and mirrors with suitable equipment
• Spot clean carpets and support carpet extraction and shampooing efforts
• Restock sanitary and paper supplies as needed
• Follow scheduled housekeeping routines
• Operate heavy cleaning machinery such as floor scrubbers, backpack vacuums, and buffers occasionally
• Carry out additional tasks as per client or job requirements

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent or minimum six months janitorial experience
• On-the-job training will be provided
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to understand and follow instructions well

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous janitorial or cleaning experience
• Knowledge of commercial cleaning and custodial standards
• Competence in floor care techniques such as buffing and waxing
• Experience in industrial cleaning or facility maintenance advantageous
