Position Details

• Employment type: Full-time or part-time
• Pay rate: $15 per hour
• Pay frequency: Weekly

Key Responsibilities

• Perform thorough cleaning and upkeep of floor surfaces including sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, and vacuuming
• Use chemical cleaners and power cleaning equipment carefully to avoid damage
• Maintain cleanliness of restrooms, meeting rooms, hallways, and entry points
• Dispose of trash appropriately and operate compactors when needed
• Clean windows, glass partitions, and mirrors using the right tools and cleaners
• Spot-clean carpets and assist with carpet extraction and shampooing duties
• Restock paper goods and sanitary items
• Follow defined housekeeping schedules diligently
• Occasionally operate heavy cleaning machines such as floor scrubbers, backpack vacuums, and buffers
• Perform other assigned duties as required by client specifications

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent, or at least six months of janitorial experience
• Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions closely
• On-the-job training provided

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience in cleaning or janitorial roles
• Knowledge of custodial methods and commercial cleaning standards
• Skills related to floor care such as buffing and waxing
• Experience working in industrial cleaning or facility maintenance environments
