About the Role
Live Connections is seeking a skilled IT Systems Administrator to join an MNC based in Trivandrum, Kerala. This full-time position is aimed at professionals with 4 to 6 years of experience in IT system administration and internal IT support. The role requires immediate to one-month notice period availability.
Key Responsibilities and Expertise
- Managing macOS and iOS devices including laptops, iPhones, and iPads with strong skills in device management tools such as MDM (Mobile Device Management).
- Implementing security measures including data encryption and performing regular maintenance on Mac systems.
- Administering cloud infrastructure, managing email platforms, and overseeing server and network services including DNS, VPN, firewalls, SSL certificates, and web/email hosting.
- Handling SaaS applications administration, managing license renewals, and providing end-user support across departments.
- Supporting multiple international teams, particularly from North America, adhering to ITIL or equivalent IT service management frameworks.
Additional Information
The position offers a salary budgeted at INR 900000 per annum and is based onsite in Trivandrum, Kerala.
