IT Support Engineer (L2)

Role Summary

The IT Support Engineer (Level 2) position, based in Toronto, Ontario, involves delivering advanced technical assistance for complex issues escalated from the service desk, primarily supporting the client Facility Association.

Key Duties

• Troubleshoot and resolve sophisticated endpoint and Microsoft 365 related problems.
• Manage user accounts and permissions using Active Directory and Entra ID.
• Oversee device configurations and policies via Microsoft Intune.
• Conduct root cause analyses to identify and resolve recurring technical issues.
• Support security patch deployment and ensure adherence to compliance standards.

Required Skills and Experience

• Proficient in Microsoft 365 administration.
• Experienced with Active Directory and Entra ID management.
• Knowledgeable about endpoint management solutions.
• Familiarity with PowerShell scripting basics.
• Skilled in incident management processes.
• Minimum of six years in IT support roles.
• Microsoft certifications are advantageous.
