Role Overview

• Collaborate closely with an Associate Director or Director to support client relationship management.
• Aid in formulating and implementing relationship plans aligned to each client's financial strategy, ensuring adherence to service standards to foster long-lasting client partnerships.
• Identify opportunities for revenue growth and cross-selling of Davy's financial services.
• Evaluate existing client relationships in accordance with the Investment Strategy, confirming correct categorization and appropriate management.
• Develop and execute tailored engagement plans for advisory relationships to ensure proactive and relevant communication, investment insights, recommendations, and scheduled portfolio reviews.
• Oversee management information related to client relationships.
• Respond promptly and efficiently to client inquiries.
• Ensure all duties comply fully with regulatory requirements, Davy's Risk Management Framework, and internal policies and standards.
• Be recognised internally as a knowledgeable and influential contact regarding Davy's services and client concerns.
• Engage in peer networking at relevant industry events.
• Abide by the Risk and Compliance frameworks, policies, and procedures pertinent to the role.

Candidate Profile

• Possess a Degree or Masters in a business-related discipline.
• Have 2 to 3 years of experience within the industry.
• Hold the QFA (Qualified Financial Advisor) certification.
• Be proficient with Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Experience using CRM systems.
• Demonstrate commitment to ongoing professional education and learning.
• Show a genuine interest and foundational understanding of investment products and markets.
• Exhibit strong client service focus to ensure excellent service delivery.
• Possess effective communication and presentation abilities.
• Have exceptional attention to detail and organisational skills.
• Be capable of managing and prioritising their workload effectively.

The role is categorised as a "Controlled Function (CF)" position (CF3, CF4, CF10) under the Central Bank Reform Act 2010, requiring candidates to meet fitness and probity standards. Employment offers depend on successfully fulfilling these criteria. Compliance with Minimum Competency Code is mandatory; candidates must hold or be willing to undertake exams such as APA for Regulation & Investment or Pensions, Registered Stockbroker, or QFA exams.
