Investment Analyst

Position Overview

This contract role as an Investment Analyst offers remote work with compensation ranging from $154 to $210 per hour. The engagement requires a commitment of 10 to 40 hours per week.

Key Responsibilities

• Create and sustain intricate financial models such as Discounted Cash Flow (DCF), Leveraged Buyout (LBO), and other valuation frameworks to back investment plans.
• Perform in-depth financial and investment assessments to evaluate business prospects and associated risks, enabling well-informed decisions.
• Generate precise and prompt financial documentation, forecasts, and presentations for stakeholders to aid strategic discussions.
• Examine extensive datasets to extract practical insights that inform capital markets and investment choices.
• Stay updated on market movements, financial news, and emerging financial technology trends to enhance investment approaches.
• Work collaboratively with multiple teams to support artificial intelligence-driven finance projects, ensuring they align with organizational goals.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or similar discipline.
• Substantial experience in financial or investment analysis or capital markets, with a minimum experience (duration not specified).
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel for financial modeling and data examination.
• Proficiency in valuation techniques including DCF, LBO analysis, and forecasting methods.
• Strong analytical capabilities, meticulous attention to detail, and skill in preparing and delivering comprehensive financial reports.
