Job Overview
We are seeking motivated and customer-oriented individuals for the position of International Voice Process Associate at our Gurugram office. This role suits candidates looking to begin or advance their careers in the BPO/ITES sector with an emphasis on international voice support.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries through voice communication.
- Provide accurate and effective resolution to customer issues.
- Uphold high standards of communication and ensure customer satisfaction.

Eligibility Criteria
- Preferably at least 6 months experience in international voice processes for those with prior roles.
- Strong written English communication skills.
- Basic knowledge of computer systems.
Compensation and Benefits
- For fresh graduates, a monthly salary of 26,000 INR.
- For experienced candidates, a monthly salary of 29,000 INR.
