Intern, Communications (Internal Communications)

About the Role

Join Marina Bay Sands as an Intern in the Communications team, contributing to our integrated resort's corporate objectives through internal communication campaigns. This role involves collaborating closely with various business units to generate engaging employee communication content distributed across multiple internal channels such as daily news bulletins, weekly newsletters, employee TV channels, our internal app, private employee social groups, posters behind the scenes, and the intranet.

Key Responsibilities

• Create and support video content and other communication materials for internal use.
• Ensure timely updates and maintenance of content across internal communication platforms.
• Handle miscellaneous tasks including coordinating with vendors and stakeholders, photography, and reporting on events as necessary.
• Provide assistance with other tasks assigned by the communications team.

Candidate Requirements

• Must be a full-time enrolled student with the internship fulfilling graduation requirements.
• Previous experience in video content creation, whether in production or post-production, is essential.
• Production candidates should have experience filming with DSLR cameras, while post-production candidates should be proficient in video editing software such as Adobe Creative Suite or equivalents.
• Alongside video proficiency, skills in photography, graphic design, or animation are beneficial.
• Detail-oriented and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• A proactive team player who supports colleagues and can commit to an internship lasting at least six months.
