Intern - Asset Management

Position Overview

This internship is designed to foster the development of professional competencies through involvement in diverse tasks and projects of varying levels of difficulty, operating under the supervision of experienced professionals. It aims to enhance the knowledge and skills pertinent to the asset management unit.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute professional services ranging from entry to intermediate level with proper oversight.
• Engage in projects that promote skill enhancement aligned with organizational goals.
• Assist in the planning and execution of various unit projects and initiatives.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external parties to coordinate and resolve daily operational matters.
• Receive training, guidance, and mentorship from professional staff members.
• Conduct original research and generate reports that include analyses, recommendations, or alternative options as required.
• Offer day-to-day guidance and assistance to other student employees or interns in the specialization area, when applicable.
• Participate in additional studies or enrichment activities as directed by unit leadership.
• Perform other assigned tasks as necessary.

Required Skills and Experience

• Fundamental knowledge at Bachelor's or Master's degree level in a relevant professional field.
• Familiarity with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems is essential; preference given to candidates with SAP functional expertise.
• Strong verbal and written communication capabilities.
• Ability to comprehend and follow detailed and complex technical instructions.
• Capacity to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
• Effective planning and organizational skills.
• Key competencies include communication, stakeholder engagement, relationship management, data literacy, computer proficiency, and foundational artificial intelligence awareness.
• Demonstrated adaptability, commitment to quality, and resilience.

Educational Qualifications

• Minimum requirement: Bachelor's degree.
• Master's degree candidates will also be considered.
