Interior Site Supervisor

About the Role

Bright Interiors is seeking a dedicated Interior Site Supervisor to oversee residential interior projects. Candidates should possess at least two years of experience managing interior site operations, ensuring projects meet quality standards and deadlines while coordinating smoothly with various teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Interpret and understand Bill of Quantities (BOQ), architectural drawings, and the overall interior design scope.
• Coordinate day-to-day activities with site teams and various vendors to maintain project momentum and quality standards.
• Maintain regular communication and provide daily progress updates to clients and the company, primarily via WhatsApp.
• Ensure adherence to project timelines and quality benchmarks throughout the execution phase.

Requirements

• Minimum of two years' experience in interior site supervision, preferably in residential projects.
• Possession of a personal bike for commuting to sites.
• Strong ability to read and comprehend technical drawings and BOQ.
• Excellent coordination and communication skills to liaise with multiple stakeholders effectively.

Additional Information

The position is based in Gurgaon/NCR area. Candidates should be prepared to manage site activities on location and maintain constant updates with clients and company management.
