About Volecule
Volecule is a consultancy focused on design and project management for high-end residential and commercial interior projects. We seek a motivated Site Supervisor to manage site operations daily and ensure superior project delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily interior fit-out activities at project locations.
- Liaise effectively with contractors, vendors, carpenters, electricians, plumbers, painters, and other service providers.
- Ensure all work complies with Volecule's standards of quality.
- Confirm site measurements prior to execution of work.
- Monitor progress to guarantee work completion aligns with project timelines.
- Identify and communicate site challenges to design and project management teams for resolution.
- Maintain thorough daily reports including photos, updates, manpower details, and material usage.
- Document measurements for billing purposes and contractor payments.
- Validate that materials received at the site correspond to approved specifications and quantities.
- Keep detailed records such as checklists, inspection reports, and punch lists.
- Enforce adherence to safety protocols on site.
- Participate in client meetings and provide frequent progress reports as needed.
Candidate Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Interior Design, Architecture, or a related discipline.
- 2 to 5 years experience managing interior fit-out projects.
- Comprehensive knowledge of interior finishes, furniture installation, false ceilings, flooring, painting, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems.
- Ability to interpret architectural and interior design drawings.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and WhatsApp for site reporting; familiarity with AutoCAD is beneficial.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Must possess a two-wheeler and be prepared to travel to multiple project sites throughout Delhi NCR.
