Gage-Martin Interiors is a boutique interior design studio focused on upscale residential projects across the Tampa Bay area. The team works in a highly collaborative environment where designers partner closely to create original concepts, refine client-facing presentations, solve construction-related issues, and deliver a polished experience from start to finish.

This role is central to designing standout interiors and nurturing the long-term client relationships that support the firm’s continued growth.

What You’ll Do

• Work alongside the Principal and Lead Designers to shape fresh design concepts and prepare client presentations.
• Build presentation decks, mood boards, and other visual materials used to communicate ideas to clients.
• Support and sometimes lead client meetings to present design direction and explain the value of proposed solutions.
• Draft construction drawings, interior elevations, and AutoCAD documentation with attention to detail.
• Coordinate with architects, builders, contractors, artisans, and vendors to keep projects moving smoothly.
• Participate in client meetings, site walks, and installation visits.
• Help uphold the firm’s standards for design quality and exceptional client service.

What the Role Requires

• A bachelor’s degree in Interior Design or a closely related discipline.
• At least 3 years of experience in residential interior design.
• Strong AutoCAD skills; knowledge of SketchUp is a plus.
• Hands-on experience preparing construction documents and interior detailing.
• Background in high-end residential work and direct client interaction.
• Ability to support organization and project coordination tasks as needed.

Compensation and Benefits
