The program lasts between three to six months, with the duration set in agreement at the start. Each intern is assigned a dedicated supervisor and monthly objectives are established. Regular feedback sessions are conducted, and upon completion, a transparent written reference will be provided based on your performance, regardless of available permanent roles.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in creating mood boards, sample palettes, and design schemes for residential interiors.
  • Conduct research on furniture, finishes, lighting, and materials sourced both locally and internationally.
  • Organize and maintain the design library, including fabric samples, paint references, and supplier catalogues.
  • Support preparation of client presentations and before-and-after visual materials.
  • Participate in site activities such as measurements, installations, and styling sessions.
  • Keep project trackers up to date and manage supplier communications accurately.
  • Engage actively in design review meetings and contribute creative ideas during team critiques.

Candidate Profile

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed qualifications in interior design, architecture, or related creative disciplines.
  • Possesses a growing portfolio or coursework that can be shared.
  • Eligible to undertake an internship within the UK.
  • Proficient with at least one design software tool such as SketchUp, Canva, or Adobe Creative Suite.
